MPay is the governmental service for electronic payments, an informational tool with which various services can be paid online. Although MPay is primarily targeting electronic services in the public sector, it can be successfully used for commercial services.
MPay can enable the payment for services through multiple payment methods such as credit cards, payment terminals, e-banking and cash payments.
The MPay service is created by the Government through the Center of Electronic Governance, the Centre for Special Telecommunications, the Ministry of Finance, in partnership with the National Bank and the private banking sector. This service is in line with the National Bank policies that promote cashless transactions.
